I like this recipe because it allows me to make pork chops without using the broiler.
- Pork chops
- Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brush pork chops with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cut aluminium foil into squares and wrap each pork chop tightly.
- Place wrapped chops in baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes. (45 minutes if thickness is >1 inch)
